Cancellations/No-Shows
A credit card is required to reserve services. To avoid a service charge and ensure appointment availability for other clients, please reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the services booked. No shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. If your card is not able to be charged, you will be responsible for paying the fees before rescheduling in the future.
COVID-19 Policy
We all know that Covid is an ever-changing circumstance so this policy may be modified based on CDC recommendations. As a private business we reserve the right to enforce safety precautions we deem necessary for our stylists and guests.
At this time, the following policies are in place:
No walk-ins are allowed, services must be booked online ahead of time.
No extra guests or visitors will be allowed at the time of service.
Sanitizer is available at the door, please use it upon entering.
If you are experiencing a fever or any symptoms of illness please reschedule.
For our stylists and salon operation, the following measures will take place:
Stylists will sanitize and wash their hands between clients.
All seating, tables, dryers, hair-washing and styling stations, and capes will be sanitized between clients’ use and at the end of each day.
To the extent possible, disposable items will be used.
Events
SAGE Salon loves to style you gorgeous for your wedding, shower, or event! To ensure we reserve the time needed for your special day, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit on all wedding appointments. Bridal parties must receive advance written permission from the salon to bring makeup stylists, photographers and/or caterers to the salon.
We perform wedding services both in and out of the salon depending on distance and availability.

Waiting Area
Our reception area is for clients who are being serviced only. There are no guests or children under 13 allowed to wait in the salon unless they are being serviced.
Client Satisfaction
No refunds are given for services. In the event that you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a “retouch” appointment. Retouches are scheduled like regular appointments and offered at no charge if they are an adjustment of the original service.
In order to receive a retouch, you must contact us within 3 days of your service and have arrived on time for your original appointment. Your retouch will be scheduled with the same stylist who performed your service. Don’t be shy- we appreciate every opportunity to give you the hair that you are looking for!
